The Guam Football Association (GFA) is the governing body of association football in the United States Territory of Guam. Founded in 1975 by a group of football enthusiasts, GFA has grown into a full member of FIFA (since 1996) and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), as well as the East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) since 2002.
In 2026, GFA continues to develop football across all levels — from grassroots programs for young children to competitive adult leagues and international competitions for the Matao (men's national team) and Masakåda (women's national team). The 2025–2026 season is underway at the GFA National Training Center in Barrigada.
With close to 3,000 youth participants and 13 member clubs competing in adult leagues annually, football is one of the fastest-growing sports on the island. GFA continues to develop programs to nurture talent from grassroots to elite level.
